Yes to this! I launched my company just before I became a mom. The past two years I’ve shown myself I can accomplish more than what I ever thought was possible. It hasn’t been easy though. We need more stories and examples (and communities) of ambitious moms who are aspiring for wholeness, presence, and purpose in the midst of it all! These words really struck something in me: Now, every moment away from my girls better mean something. It has to reflect who I'm becoming.

I keep hearing that from moms lately - that the bar for being away from our kids is higher, and the tradeoff better be worthwhile. I think it prompts some helpful reflection on the work we're doing and whether it's the right thing, or if it's time for a change for something better.
