Half Moon Hustle is a newsletter about the intersection of wellness, mental health, motherhood, and anything else that’s stressing out ambitious women. I’ve combined Half Moon, my favorite yoga pose focused on balance, with Hustle, my life motto of working hard to achieve ambitious goals.
